Next sunday we have the first public training on the new 10 km-course on our schedule. Everybody who wants to check out his fitness level before the Tour de Tirol is welcome. Especially for the young talents who can participate for the first time at the 10 km-run (U16 and U18) Martin Kaindl has some advise and tips for the race. On Sunday we will run 1, 2 or the full 10 km-distance with 3 rounds.
